These terms describe use of VoxaTV and this website. By using them, you agree to these terms and the applicable Apple App Store terms. Features and availability may vary by platform and release.

App license

VoxaTV is licensed through the App Store under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, unless a different license is provided with the app. That agreement governs the app license; these terms describe the service and content-use conditions.

Your content and responsibilities

VoxaTV is an IPTV & media player for playlists and sources you supply. It does not sell or provide an IPTV service, television subscription or rights to third-party programming. You must have permission to access and play the content you add and comply with applicable law and your provider's terms. Do not use VoxaTV to infringe copyright, circumvent access restrictions or misuse another person's credentials.

Third-party services

Your content provider, Apple, Trakt and selected playback receivers operate independently. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Provider availability, stream quality, metadata accuracy and compatibility are outside VoxaTV's control. Purchasing Premium does not purchase content or guarantee compatibility with a particular provider or receiver.

VoxaTV Premium

Where offered, Premium is an optional auto-renewable App Store subscription with monthly and yearly options. The purchase screen shows the current price, billing period and included features before you subscribe. Apple handles payment and renewal under the terms shown at purchase.

You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting VoxaTV does not cancel a subscription. See Apple's subscription cancellation instructions. Use Restore purchases in the app to restore eligible access with the appropriate Apple Account. Refund requests are handled through Apple and remain subject to applicable consumer rights.

Privacy and saved data

Our Privacy Policy explains local data, iCloud Sync and optional connected services. You are responsible for maintaining access to your sources and any copies of files you need. Service outages, provider changes and device storage limitations may affect access to cached or synced data.

Availability and consumer rights

We may update the app and website to improve them or respond to platform and service changes. Uninterrupted operation and compatibility with every stream are not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law protections. Warranty and liability provisions for the app are governed by its applicable license and mandatory law.
